Do you like the idea of butterfly gags but have never found one with a large enough opening? We had the same problem, so we designed and crafted one from custom made hardware. Great for deepthroating, bukkake, piss and any other time you want that mouth held open.  Our butterfly gag is available in two sizes:

Large with a 1-3/4"+ inner diameter opening (2-1/8" OD), this gag requires that the person wearing it can really open up wide. Folks with small heads, mouths or TMJ may have difficulty wearing this gag comfortably if at all.

Medium with a 1-1/2" inner diameter opening (1-13/16" OD), this gag is for those who have average size heads or mouths and helps guarantee it will fit well on most folks.

Our butterfly gags are made from heavy latigo leather with wide straps and a locking post to accept a small luggage lock if desired. They will last many years of playing while looking great.
