The smaller cock is 2-1/4" long and 1-3/8" wide at it's widest point - this is the size we recommend for most folks, especially if you plan on using the strap-on kit with it or locking it on a regular basis.
The larger cock gag is 3-3/4" long and 1-3/8" wide at it's widest point - this size is for those without a gag reflex who are already very good at deep throating. It will activate most folks' gag reflex and should not be locked in place until the person is used to it. Never leave someone alone while locked in this gag. When the cock is turned upside down it is less likely to trigger a gag reflex. We do not recommend using this size with a strap-on kit unless the wearer is exceptional at deep throating since the thrusting of the strap-on will also thrust the cock gag.
