Shipping Privacy:
- For your privacy, all of our shipments are packaged in plain, un-marked brown cardboard boxes, bubble mailers or USPS Priority boxes. Our return address will be listed as Iron Group LLC or XR LLC.
- International orders: please understand that we must include a customs declaration on the outside of the package which will list the itemized contents of the package.
Shipping within the contiguous US:
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $25, orders under $25 will be charged a $3 flat rate shipping fee.
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed, although 90% of our orders ship the following business day.
- We generally ship USPS Priority, which should deliver in 1-3 business days depending on your location. For large/heavy orders we occasionally ship UPS ground.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is packaged.
Shipping outside the contiguous US:
- International and non-contiguous US shipping is generally done with USPS Flat Rate Priority mail, although we occasionally use UPS International. Shipping costs will be displayed at time of checkout.
- International orders, please understand that we must include a customs declaration on the outside of the package which will list the itemized contents of the package.
- PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO REDUCE THE DECLARED VALUE OF YOU ORDER. We are sorry, we understand that import taxes/fees and tariffs can be quite expensive but we cannot reduce the declared value of any order.
- All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of being placed, although 90% of our orders ship the following business day.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is packaged.
Customs and Brokerage Fees:
- Customs departments of other countries may charge extra fees or tariffs for international shipments. Such fees are variable and you should contact your country's customs department to see if you will need to pay any additional fees to claim your shipment. Because such fees are very variable our store will not calculate or include these fees in your total. The receiver will be responsible for any of these types of fees and charges.
Returns:
- Only the following returns (except warranty issues, see below) will be accepted, notice to: sales@ethosleather.com must be received from the buyer within 5 days of receiving the item, the item must be unused:
- In the unlikely event that gear is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival please contact sales@ethosleather.com within 5 days of arrival and before using the item. Ethos Leather will either issue a return shipping label to you and replace the items(s) or refund the difference at its discretion.
- If the item you ordered does not fit properly and it was produced by Ethos Leather the buyer will be responsible for return shipping expense, Ethos Leather will be responsible for shipping the replacement.
- If the item you ordered does not fit properly and it was not produced by Ethos Leather the buyer will be responsible for return shipping expense, Ethos Leather will either refund or replace the item at its discretion.
- Due to health concerns: unless defective or damaged upon arrival the following types of items are not warrantied and will not be accepted for return: anything that comes in contact with genitals, blood, cum, lube, IE: chastity devices, CBT devices, cock rings, insertables: dongs, dildos, prostate milkers, sounds and so forth.
Warranty:
- Products made by Ethos Leather are warrantied for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and material failure during normal, non-commercial and proper use with care. We will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, Ethos Leather is responsible for replacement shipping unless the buyer is refunded.
- Products made by other manufactures are warrantied for ninety days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and material failure from normal, non-commercial and proper use with care. We will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, Ethos Leather is responsible for replacement shipping unless the buyer is refunded.
